Thank you for your interest in USC Rossier Coaching for Instructional Leaders.
This online coaching program is designed to support instructional leaders in strengthening their leadership practice through individualized coaching, reflection, and the application of learning to authentic challenges in their schools and organizations.Program Format & Commitment USC Rossier Coaching for Instructional Leaders is a fully online program conducted via Zoom.
Participants accepted into the program will:
The online format is designed to provide flexibility while creating an ongoing coaching relationship focused on each participant’s professional growth, leadership goals, and current challenges of practice. Please complete the information below, submit a current résumé, and respond to the three application questions. Responses should be no more than 300 words per question
Why now?
Why are you interested in participating in USC Rossier Coaching for Instructional Leaders at this point in your leadership journey? What do you hope to strengthen, change, or accomplish through coaching?
What leadership challenge are you working on?
Describe one current instructional leadership challenge, opportunity, or problem of practice that you would like to explore through coaching. Why does this matter for the students, educators, or community you serve?
How will you engage in coaching?
Effective coaching requires reflection, openness to feedback, experimentation, and sustained commitment. What will you bring to the coaching relationship, and how will you make space to engage consistently with your Coach and apply what you learn to your leadership practice?

By submitting this application, I understand that USC Rossier Coaching for Instructional Leaders is a fully online program conducted via Zoom.
If accepted, I commit to attending the required Fall 2026 program overview and orientation via Zoom and to participating in online coaching sessions with my assigned Coach through June 2027.
I understand that meaningful coaching requires active participation, confidentiality, reflection, openness to feedback, and a commitment to applying learning to my leadership practice.
