Join the USC Rossier Office of Admission and Scholarships to learn more about the Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership (OCL online) program. Designed for working professionals with leadership experience who desire to work in a variety of industries, the OCL program is designed to prepare leaders to create systemic change and foster equitable practices and policies in organizations. The webinar will detail coursework and the application process. (Applicants must have a minimum of six years of leadership experience.)
